N Hotel - Jakarta

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in central Jakarta. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The hotel was super clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The facilities were great, including a spacious gym and a relaxing spa. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious dishes. The staff were helpful and kind, especially the ground staff like the bell boys who were always ready to assist us.

Located in the heart of Jakarta, this hotel offers a convenient location for exploring the city's attractions, such as Monas. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big beds and modern bathrooms with hot water. the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service to guests. the breakfast options are delicious, with Indonesian dishes that offer a taste of the local cuisine.

The reception staff can be a bit disorganized and lack knowledge about hospitality, causing confusion during the check-in process.

I had a fantastic experience during my New Year's stay at this hotel. First of all, the rooms were such a great value for the price. They were clean, stylish, and surprisingly spacious. The big comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep. Plus, the western bathroom with hot water was a definite plus.

There was a slight hiccup during check-in. The receptionist seemed a bit confused and misunderstood my reservation.

The hotel was located in a very strategic location, just minutes away from a central transport hub in the city. the staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially the bell boy who went out of his way to assist us with our luggage. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with impressive room amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with a range of Indonesian dishes that we found to be a delightful addition to our trip.

Although most of the staff were helpful, we encountered some issues with the reception staff. This caused a bit of inconvenience and delay, which was unfortunate.
